Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of invoice date. Final Sale (no returns) on all sale items, jewelry, handbags, makeup and accessories. Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to the merchandise. All items purchased online must be returned online; You can also return online purchases in our store as long as it meets all guidelines. Once the merchandise is returned/received, store credit will be issued. Please note that it may take 2 weeks to receive your STORE CREDIT.
